1. Why should I buy QQ3 model?? This latest Cleanmate series model has more cleaning power and incorporated many user feedbacks with enhancements. QQ3 has the following USA Patent Pending Numbers: 12/954122, 12/954166, 12/954107, 12/982294, 12/954211, 12/956879, 13/004690, 2006/0259194 A1 2. What are the additional functions on QQ3 than QQ2 models?
See below diagram for cleaning illustration. User can program it to start cleaning job at the same time on every day, or on any day of week user choose. Start cleaning with remote control so you don't need to bend your back to operate QQ3. It is good for back injury person. 3. How many models of QQ3 are available and what is the main difference between them? We sell two models in USA market: QQ3T with LED display and QQ3LT with LCD display. The only difference is on the display type. QQ3LT model does NOT come with Sonic Wall. QQ3LT II model with Sonic Wall is NOT available on USA market yet. You need to have self-charging base plug into AC outlet and perform time setting and self cleaning on pre-setting time.5. Will QQ3 continue to do vacuuming after battery is recharged? 6.What is the main purpose of SWEEP OFF on remote control unit? 7. Should QQ3 remain at charging base after battery is fully charged? 8. I order a QQ3LT model why the color box shows QQ3T? 9. What is the warranty period for CleanMates QQ3 product registration? 10. Where can I get QQ3 Quick Start Guide? 11. Does QQ3 have virtual wall like (Sonic Walls) device to block vacuuming area? Sonic Wall is only sold on QQ3LT II model. 12. How to charge the battery correctly? #1 Charge Battery Manually (see user manual for details) #2 Charge Battery Automatically via charging station. (see user manual for details) 13. Where to place Self-Charging Station to make it easier for the QQ3 to find it? Having the Self-Charging Station in a place where there are a lot of objects will make it harder for the QQ3 for find it. For better QQ3 searching performance, place the Self-Charging station at the central location of your house or a location that has open space. We recommend placing the Self-Charging station next to a wall leaving space of at least 15" from the each side of the charging station. Also do not place it at corners or edgy places. Refer to the images below to decide where to place your Self-Charging Station.14. Why doesn't the QQ3 move directly toward Self-Charging Station? The QQ3 unit will automatically direct itself to dock on Self-Charging station when it is located within the signal range. When QQ3 unit is not within the Self-Charging Station signal range, it will move along the wall until it detects Self-Charging station’s signal. 15. How to save timer setting on charging station? Charging station clock and scheduler setting will not be saved when AC power is lost. You need to reset clock and scheduler setting after AC power is restored. If there is no power outage but timer setting is reset to 00:00 after battery is fully recharged, please contact technical support for help. 16. How to set up clock and scheduler setting on charging station? Please refer to Scheduler Operation Section on user manual. 17. How to detect when the dust bin is full and when to empty debris inside dust bin? QQ3 dust bin capacity has 0.67 liter which is larger than QQ2 model (0.3 liter) and Roomba unit. You need to check dust bin debris level when one cleaning cycle is finished. Please empty dust bin and clean air filter as often as possible. There is no harm to run QQ3 even the dust bin is full. QQ3 will no longer pick up debris or it will lost vacuum power when dust bin is full or filter is very dirty. 18. Why do I see sparks when I plug in AC power to charging station? Please refer to question #12 diagram for correct electric cable connection sequence. 19. Will having the UV light on shorten QQ3 unit running time? It will not impact QQ3's running time too much. QQ3 UV light helps to disinfect and clean better. The UV light is automatically turned on at the scheduling vacuum time. QQ3 can clean carpets that are thick up to 1/2". QQ3 can climb up 1/2" carpet. It will not go over rug with tassels since the roller brush will not do reverse action like Roomba unit. The QQ3 can only clean one floor at time. You need to hand carry it to different floor to do cleaning. 22. When and where do I buy Sonic Wall of QQ3? We will sell QQ3LT II model with two sonic walls on 2nd half of this year. Current model, QQ3T or QQ3LT does not have sonic wall. You can buy Sonic Wall as additional accessories which will work with your existing QQ3 unit. 23. The CleanMate does not pick up anything? Press VAC button on remote control unit.
Check the intake slot to see if there are any obstructions. Make sure to routinely clean out any objects that can cause the opening to be clogged.
Any air flow out from the opening on the unit back?
Do you hear any vacuum motor running noise?
If not, then vacuum motor may not be connected or defective.
